People say that if you take good care of your wok it will last forever, there is also the belief that stir fries shouldn't be greasy. But how do you do all that? Come to one of this classes and forget about greasy food and rusty woks.
South East Asian cuisine is so vast, distinguished by the use of aromatic, fresh herbs and a lot of spices. This full day course will give you the insights of the culinary scene from different parts of S.E Asia, touching on street food classics and some great home-cooked curries, grilled meats, fish and more.
Knives are probably the most important chef’s tools, especially with Oriental cuisine, where 90% of the time is taken up by preparation. Proper knife skills are key for every chef regardless of the level of experience. During this lesson you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare different meats using normal chef’s knives as well as traditional Chinese cleavers. You will also have the opportunity to cook delicious dishes with all the prepped meats.
