Head Chef Jeremy Pang of School of Wok cooking with Nigel Slater on BBC One!
Having started School of Wok teaching people how to cook in their own homes, Jeremy was honoured to be asked to make a dish for one of the UK's most well known home-cook's - Nigel Slater. Filmed as part of the celebrity chef's BBC Simple Cooking series, Jeremy had a brilliant day showing Nigel how he combines sweet and sour flavours to create a deliciously spicy tamarind fish curry. With Nigel's great knowledge of all types of worldly cuisine, Jeremy emphasised that this wasn't so much a cooking lesson, but more of a "here's how I do it, but what would you do with the same ingredients?" moment. Jeremy was very excited to be working alongside such a world-class chef... press play below to watch the clip.
