Introduction to Dim Sum (3hr)

During this lesson we will focus on learning how to roll, fold and cook some of the most popular dim sum dishes, using a mixture of different fillings throughout the process.

This class main focus is on learning basic folding and rolling techniques, menu balancing, as well as filling options.

How is this class structured? During this class you'll experience 21/2 hours of hands on cooking, with the last half hour reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well deserved glass of wine.

What is included? -All ingredients and equipment.

-A welcome drink

-1 glass of wine, served with your meal

-The opportunity to sit down and enjoy your meal at the end of the class

-General knife skills

-An introduction to dim sum and ready-made pastries

-Fold and roll a variety of dim sum pastries
